Refund Policy
At QUEENS STYLES LTD, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because we sell both digital and physical products, our refund policy works a little differently depending on what you buy.
Digital products (Product Launch Planner) is delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed. For this reason, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Physical products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we'll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital products: No refunds or exchanges once purchased and delivered, due to the nature of digital goods.

Physical products: Replacements or refunds available within 14 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.

Please check sizing and product details carefully before ordering, as we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection of made to order items.
